This Master of Engineering (ME) degree program provides graduate study for any engineer who desires to advance into an engineering leadership position in their organization by enhancing their technical competence, and training them to effectively make strategic decisions about personnel, finance and operations. Courses are taught live or on-line via distance learning to accommodate those who are currently working full-time and desire part-time study. Students can complete the program with one year of full-time study or part time to match your individual needs.

Career Outcomes
The employment demand for engineering management is accelerating as many companies are looking to fill leadership positions to counteract the retirements of long time experienced workers. Graduates with masters degrees in engineering management are reportedly receiving among some of the highest salary increases in the country. Specifically, salaries for engineering managers are likely to be significantly higher than the salaries of engineers with several years of experience or specialized disciplines based bachelors and masters degrees alone.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) or the equivalent from an accredited/government recognized college or university. Most such degrees will be four or more years in length; UB recognizes some three-year degrees, but not all; A B-grade (GPA of 3.0) or higher from your bachelor's degree (or equivalent) courses. Grade point averages from non-U.S. universities will be evaluated by UB's Office of International Admissions. English Language Requirements: The minimum score of TOEFL IBT is 79, the minimum score TOEFL PBT is 550, the minimum score of IELTS is 6.5, the minimum score of PTE is 55, the minimum score of Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE) 185, the minimum score of Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 185.
