在這里學什么？
The program does not have formal tracks in the traditional areas that are typical of speech or mass communications programs. Rather, students are encouraged to focus their studies along the lines of the research interests of the faculty. These areas include:
- collective cognitive processes
- international/intercultural communication issues
- mathematical modeling of cognitive and sociocultural processes
- communication technologies
- communication and conflict resolution
- health campaign communication
Graduate students are given an innovative educational experience that emphasizes:
- a broad theoretical understanding of communication
- an in-depth understanding of communication research methodologies
- experience in the practical application of communication theory and research
- in an environment that supports individual academic and career goals.

為來自中國的學生設計 Applicants must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) or the equivalent from an accredited/government recognized college or university. Most such degrees will be four or more years in length; UB recognizes some three-year degrees, but not all; A B-grade (GPA of 3.0) or higher from your bachelor's degree (or equivalent) courses. Grade point averages from non-U.S. universities will be evaluated by UB's Office of International Admissions. English Language Requirements: The minimum score of TOEFL IBT is 79, the minimum score TOEFL PBT is 550, the minimum score of IELTS is 6.5, the minimum score of PTE is 55, the minimum score of Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE) 185, the minimum score of Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 185.
