The graduate program in anatomical sciences provides research training in biological form and function, the quantitative analysis of biological structure science and the modeling of biological systems. Our faculty are engaged in cell and developmental biology, bioimaging and neuroscience, with a strong emphasis on computational approaches that can derive unique insight from complex data sets. While our program focuses on microscopic anatomy and cell biology, we aim to produce scientists with knowledge of biological principles at all levels of scale and who are enabled by proficiency in imaging methodology and data analysis.
The Masters program in Anatomical Sciences aims to give students a solid foundation in anatomical sciences in both the macro- and microscopic realms.
Trainees are prepared to pursue careers in biomedical research, anatomy teaching or related fields requiring knowledge of biological structure and an ability to analyze it.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have a bachelor's degree (or higher) or the equivalent from an accredited/government recognized college or university. Most such degrees will be four or more years in length; UB recognizes some three-year degrees, but not all; A B-grade (GPA of 3.0) or higher from your bachelor's degree (or equivalent) courses. Grade point averages from non-U.S. universities will be evaluated by UB's Office of International Admissions. English Language Requirements: The minimum score of TOEFL IBT is 79, the minimum score TOEFL PBT is 550, the minimum score of IELTS is 6.5, the minimum score of PTE is 55, the minimum score of Cambridge English Proficiency (CPE) 185, the minimum score of Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 185.
