This full-time one-year, or part-time two-year Master's programme provides relevant education and training to meet the oral health care requirements of patients with special needs. The programme provides a detailed understanding of the common systemic disorders likely to be of implication for routine dental care, alongside an understanding of the appropriate management and the ability to undertake clinical investigations for patients with systemic disease likely to complicate dental treatment. Attendance from Monday to Friday 9am-5pm is required in order to attend lectures, seminars, clinics, and for self-guided learning. Some clinics may run before 9am and after 5pm.'

Students are equipped with the skills to provide better services to patients and ensure career progression in special care dentistry.
Employability
Students establish important working collaborations with staff at the institute and other parts of UCL. They are able to present aspects of their work at international conferences which, in turn, provides them with further opportunities to collaborate with specialists from across the globe.

為來自中國的學生設計 Students need to have Bachelor's degree with a minimum overall average mark of 85% for courses requiring Upper second-class (2:1) degree. For courses requiring Lower second-class (2:2) degree, they need to have a minimum overall average mark of 80%. Some programmes / departments will require higher marks.
