You will learn to analyse global political dynamics. Explore the way in which international relations is changing, by examining traditional state actors as well as a variety of intergovernmental and non-governmental actors.
Focus on key global challenges such as:
- climate change
- human rights and mass atrocities
- the re-emergence of Russia as a global political force
- the shifting terrain of identity and communal conflict
- terrorism in the Middle East
- organised crime
You will gain a thorough grounding in the academic study of international politics, focusing on theoretical approaches and methods.
Careers:
Graduates from the MSc International Relations have a wide range of career options in areas including:
- government
- political parties
- the civil service
- international organisations (e.g. United Nations, European Union)

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students with a Bachelor degree with an overall average grade of 75% or above from a recognised university will be considered and borderline cases if the student has a relevant degree and good grades in relevant subjects and/or relevant work experience of at least 5 years will also be considered. IELTS score of 6.5 overall, including at least 6.0 in writing and 6.0/5.5 in the other three components.
