International commerce drives the global economy and, in turn, international legal practice. This course offers a broad range of core and optional modules across the different fields of international commercial law, from international litigation to intellectual property law to international economic law. You will have the opportunity to learn, discuss and debate a wide range of subjects such as the law on patents, on transnational contracts, on financial services, and on international investments. You'll also be able to gain interdisciplinary knowledge of certain topics including natural resources law, and energy law. From the beginning, we will encourage you to think strategically about the best choice of modules to prepare you for your future career.
Careers:
Our graduates in international commercial law have gone on to work in private practice, as in-house counsel, within government or the civil service, or within the financial sector. There are also opportunities at international organisations, non-governmental organisations, think-tanks and in academia.

為來自中國的學生設(shè)計 Students with a Bachelor degree with an overall average grade of 75% or above from a recognised university will be considered and borderline cases if the student has a relevant degree and good grades in relevant subjects and/or relevant work experience of at least 5 years will also be considered. IELTS score of 6.5 overall, including at least 6.0 in writing and 6.0/5.5 in the other three components.
