在這里學(xué)什么？ Psychology provides insights that help us to understand the behaviour of people in business and organisational contexts. Accredited by the Association for Business Psychology, our BSc Business Psychology uses knowledge of the human mind and our behaviour as a basis to investigate fundamental organisational functions, such as human resource management, finance, marketing, strategy and technology.You will learn how psychological theories and research can be applied successfully to recruit, select and assess employees; change organisations; train and motivate people; and develop individuals’ careers.**HIGHLIGHTS**- This programme is run by Europe’s oldest department of organisational psychology.- We have an active programme of research, with particular expertise in organisational psychology and human resource management.- All of our academic staff are active researchers as well as enthusiastic teachers and publish cutting-edge articles in the world's leading journals.- Accredited by the Association for Business Psychology (the degree does not lead to Graduate Basis for Chartership with the British Psychological Society).
