在這里學(xué)什么？ BSc Business is a highly flexible course designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of business management, while providing you with a range of practical skills to enable you to succeed in the workplace.The first year introduces the key areas in the study of business. In the second year, you choose to either remain on the BSc Business or opt to specialise with a pathway in accounting, human resource management or marketing, while also developing core skills required for a career in business management. Based in the Department of Management, this programmes takes an interdisciplinary approach to the subject, offering you an innovative way of learning about topics that cannot be pigeonholed into one particular area.You will develop key skills such as:- analytical skills that will enable you to critically appraise and challenge existing managerial or business practices- an understanding of how decisions are made in organisations- quantitative skills that can be applied in the analysis of management and accounting problems- communication and interpersonal skills.Birkbeck has a diverse student community, which creates a stimulating and supportive learning environment. You will interact with peers, many of whom will have come from directly relevant jobs, possessing a broad range of experience, to develop a more detailed and nuanced insight into business.Our graduates begin new careers or accelerate along their current career path because what we teach in the evening can be applied almost instantly.
