These are the program objectives:
To prepare students to be effective practitioners/ researchers in the field. To prepare students to develop as successful professionals in their specific fields. To maintain and improve the program’s leadership position regionally/nationally/internationally.
Objective: To prepare students to be effective practitioners/ researchers in the field.
Students will synthesize/critique relevant research within the literature of specialty area. Students will ask research-based questions grounded in thorough knowledge of relevant literature Students will utilize research appropriately to examine and improve practice.
Objective: To prepare students to develop as successful professionals in their specific fields.
Students will communicate in oral and written form in order to make contributions to the field of practice/ study. Students will participate in educational communities relevant to area of specialization.
Objective: To maintain and improve the program’s leadership position regionally/nationally/internationally.
The program aims to prepare graduates for competitive positions in academics, government, or industry. The program aims to continue to be regionally competitive by attracting high-quality students. The faculty are expected to effectively advance students to graduation in a timely manner.
