專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ French and Hispanic Studies enables you to learn the language and culture of both France and the Spanish-speaking world. French is one of the most beautiful romance languages. Outside of France it is spoken as far afield as Canada, the Seychelles, Madagascar and Mali. It is one of the official languages of the United Nations, and an important language in the EU. Outside Spain, Spanish is the official language of all countries in South and Central America except Brazil, and is widely spoken in many parts of North America. Studying at our Canterbury campus gives you a good opportunity to immerse yourself in both languages. There are many overseas students on campus, and our proximity to airports, the Channel ports and the Eurostar terminals at Ashford and Ebbsfleet make it quick and easy to get to Paris, Brussels and Lille and from there onto the rest of mainland Europe. Our facilities include multimedia laboratories, offering interactive language learning programmes.
