在這里學(xué)什么？
This programme is research-oriented. A student is required to:
- Complete an approved programme of supervised research;
- Present a written thesis which demonstrates an advanced level of knowledge and understanding in the candidate’s field of study and which describes and summarizes the research undertakings and findings;
- Satisfy the Board of Examiners in an oral examination (and any other examination if deemed necessary), on matters relevant to the subject of the thesis; and
- Comply with supervision, attendance and all coursework requirements as laid down by the respective Faculty/ School/AVA.
This programme covers the following research areas: international management; strategic management; organizational behaviour; human resources management; organizational theory; employee relations; cross-cultural management; corporate social responsibility and business ethics; general management; management in china; leadership; and entrepreneurship.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor's degree for admission to a Taught Postgraduate degree programme; English Language Requirements: TOEFL - 550 (Paper-based), 79 (Internet-based); or IELTS (Academic): Overall Band at 6.5; or CET-6 (College English Test band 6): 450.
