Aims
The programme aims to equip bachelor's degree graduates with the necessary accounting knowledge and skills to pursue a career in professional accounting and to provide a learning environment to develop students for executive positions in the accounting area in Hong Kong and the Greater China region.
Learning goals:
The MAcc programme aims to equip students with the following:
- Contemporary knowledge of accounting
- Analytical and critical thinking skills to solve real business problems
- Fundamental knowledge in professional ethics as well as business and company law
- An understanding of the accounting theory and the latest developments in accounting practice.
The programme requires the completion of 7 core courses and 5 elective courses. In addition, all participants must satisfy the Pre-core programme requirements.

為來自中國的學生設計 Applicants should normally hold a Bachelor's degree for admission to a Taught Postgraduate degree programme; English Language Requirements: TOEFL - 550 (Paper-based), 79 (Internet-based); or IELTS (Academic): Overall Band at 6.5; or CET-6 (College English Test band 6): 450.
