在這里學(xué)什么？ Psychology with a Foundation Year is only available to students performing at a very high standard in a chosen sport, who wish to study at Loughborough, but do not have the required qualifications due to sporting commitments.Completing a foundation year will enable you to progress onto the first year of one of our Psychology degree courses, provided the relevant progression criteria are metDuring the year you will undertake core modules in Psychology with Sociology and choose options from subjects including Biology, Business, Mathematics, Geography, Sports Science and Economics.Our foundation course is taught in-house by University staff. As a student on the course you will be a member the University, with full access to the Students’ Union, clubs, societies, sports facilities and support departments. Completing a foundation year can be a real attribute to your overall degree success. It not only opens doors to courses that may have previously looked closed, but also provides a sound base on which to establish a successful academic career. Many who have completed the foundation year have also said how beneficial it was to them in supporting their transition into University life.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 AAB (excluding General Studies, Critical Thinking, Communication and Culture and Citizenship Studies). In some circumstances we may ask applicants to achieve specific grades in certain subjects. While no specific A Level (or equivalent) subjects are required, we strongly prefer combinations drawn from traditional (academic) subjects to demonstrate a range of numerical, analytical and discursive abilities. These A Levels include: Ancient History, Biology, Classical Civilisation, Chemistry, Economics, English Language/Literature, Geography, Government and Politics, History, Languages (non-native), Law, Maths/Further Maths, Philosophy, Physics, Psychology, Religious Studies, Sociology and Statistics.
