Applied mathematics deals with mathematical methods used in science, engineering, business, computer science, and industry. Our program will equip you for jobs in areas such as engineering, computer technology, or finance, or for further graduate study in applied math or the sciences and engineering.
The BS in Applied Mathematics combines the rigor of a BS degree with an emphasis on topics in applied mathematics. It also prepares students for graduate study in Applied Mathematics and is appropriate for students interested in interdisciplinary graduate training in the sciences and engineering.
