The Master of International Business/Master of Human Resource Management double degree program provides you with the opportunity to deepen and refine your human resource management knowledge to be able to critically analyse and make strategic decisions within a dynamic global business environment. This double degree program enables you to graduate with two postgraduate qualifications at a Masters level to boost your skills and give you an edge in the executive business environment.
Within the Master of Human Resource Management component, you will study core areas of human resource management including strategy, international and comparative human resource management, recruitment and selection, and performance and reward management. You will learn high level critical, analytical and problem solving skills and how to apply these to better manage people and organisational change across international operations.
The Master of International Business will enhance your business competencies in an international context with a focus on Asia. Your studies will enable you to critically examine the social, cultural and political dimensions of global business and how to successfully implement sustainable business practices within this dynamic trade environment. With a strong emphasis on strategic analysis in different regional contexts, you will develop the thought leadership and modern business skills that are vital in today's global economy.

Human Resource Management
You will be well prepared for a career as a human resource manager or consultant. Human resource professionals work in many sectors including business management, counselling, workforce planning and policy, and recruiting and training staff for the public and private sectors and non-government organisations.
International Business
You will be prepared to work with international trade and investment organisations or in the public and private sectors in management, strategic planning, research, corporate government relations, global operations and public relations.

為來自中國的學生設計 For standard entry into most master degrees, you must hold a bachelor degree or higher (or equivalent) from a recognized university. You must meet minimum Grade Point Average entry requirements. IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0 or TOEFL: a minimum score of 575 or Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19) or Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 50 or ISLPR: no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR.
