The Master of Human Resource Management covers essential areas of human resource management including strategy and HR, evidence-based HRM, organisational change, international and comparative HRM, recruitment and selection, and performance and reward management. You will gain a critical appreciation of the role and practice of human resource management in local and global business.
You will develop strategic thinking and high level critical, analytical and problem solving skills around human resource management issues including organisational change and managing people across international operations.

You will be prepared for generalist or specialist roles, such as human resources manager, recruitment consultant, or training and development officer.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) For standard entry into most master degrees, you must hold a bachelor degree or higher (or equivalent) from a recognized university. You must meet minimum Grade Point Average entry requirements. IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0 or TOEFL: a minimum score of 575 or Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19) or Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 50 or ISLPR: no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR.
