You will develop advanced knowledge in electronics allowing you to work in the many different disciplines of electronics, focusing on the area of electronic computing and the prolific use of microprocessors and computing hardware in modern devices. The degree program also incorporates study of engineering leadership skills, the opportunity to undertake elective courses in your area of interest and a full trimester research project.
My career opportunities
You will find opportunities in large companies involved in electronic based infrastructure and smaller companies undertaking design and/or manufacture.
Pathways to further study
Students who graduate from this program and pass the Dissertation component will have a pathway to higher degree by research study.

You must meet minimum Grade Point Average entry requirements. IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0 or TOEFL: a minimum score of 575 or Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19) or Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 50 or ISLPR: no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR.
