This is your opportunity to expose yourself to an intensive research environment. You will develop expertise in research and learn the concepts, methods and skills required to apply knowledge with creativity and initiative to new situations. The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is awarded on the basis of independent supervised study that produces a substantial piece of research as judged by independent experts of international standing.
School of Pharmacy and Pharmacology
The School of Pharmacy and Pharmacology offers degrees in pharmacy and the developing area of pharmacology and toxicology (how chemicals interact with biological systems), designed around industry and community needs and offering a wider range of career options.
With outstanding facilities such as a professional practice laboratory with model dispensary, virtual teaching facility, and a dedicated formulations lab and aseptic dispensing unit, supportive staff and active student organisations, the Griffith School of Pharmacy and Pharmacology offers students an exciting opportunity to learn in a vibrant, world-class environment.
Research at the School of Pharmacy falls under four major streams covering pharmacy practice, pharmacology, pharmaceutics and complementary medicine. Within the School, researchers are actively investigating a range of topics in these areas such as infection, antibiotic resistance, tumour resistance, medication stability, pharmacy legislation and identifying bioactive compounds from Australian medicinal plants.
The School also offers students the opportunity to undertake a number of research-based degrees in these fields. Students can select from undergraduate or postgraduate degree programs. These programs can vary in length from one to three years which gives students the flexibility needed to plan their research careers.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) For standard entry into most master degrees, you must hold a bachelor degree or higher (or equivalent) from a recognized university. You must meet minimum Grade Point Average entry requirements. IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0 or TOEFL: a minimum score of 575 or Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19) or Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 50 or ISLPR: no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR.
