This is your opportunity to expose yourself to an intensive research environment. You will develop expertise in research and learn the concepts, methods and skills required to apply knowledge with creativity and initiative to new situations. The Master of Philosophy (MPhil) is awarded on the basis of independent supervised study that produces a substantial piece of research as judged by independent experts of international standing.
The Department of Employment Relations and Human Resources offers internationally recognised degrees in employment relations and human resources. With a focus on developing people management skills such as communication, planning, teamwork, strategy and self-development.
Our high-impact research, innovative approach and strong partnerships with industry will ensure you graduate with a highly relevant degree that is valued by employers. 為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 For standard entry into most master degrees, you must hold a bachelor degree or higher (or equivalent) from a recognized university. You must meet minimum Grade Point Average entry requirements. IELTS: minimum score of 6.5, with no subscore less than 6.0 or TOEFL: a minimum score of 575 or Internet-based (IBT) TOEFL: a score of 79 (no sub-score less than 19) or Pearson Test of English (Academic): an overall score of 58 with no score less than 50 or ISLPR: no score less than 3+ in each skill of the ISLPR.
