在這里學(xué)什么？ Education is an interesting field of study in its own right. You will learn about formal and informal education in relation to political and social issues. This new social policy degree programme gives you the opportunity to learn more about the social and economic challenges facing Scottish society and enables you to place these in a broader international and comparative perspective.Why Education and Social Policy at Strathclyde?Opportunity to put theory into practice in a community placement and enhance your employability.Develop your knowledge and understanding of the education systems of Scotland and beyond.Experience research-informed, evidence-based teaching by internationally-recognised professionals.Opportunity to progress to a Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) Primary/Secondary.Your CareerOur graduates will have opportunities to work in professions associated with education, for example, in law, psychology, journalism, the Civil Service, and the Museums Service. A joint Honours degree in Education and another subject will qualify you to apply for the Professional Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) course, either primary or secondary.
