The Warwick International Foundation Programme is a one-year course designed for international students who are looking to study in the UK and who require an additional year of study before they can apply for an undergraduate degree. You will receive a combination of academic and English language tuition to prepare you for your future UK studies.
Our Mathematics and Statistics IFP is designed to provide you with the knowledge and skills to be able to progress on to a range of Mathematics-related degree courses at university. The course focuses on developing your skills in building, applying and reviewing mathematical models and techniques to analyse mathematical problems. You will consider which models to use in a variety of relevant topics and the limitations of models in the context of the real world. Modules typically include Pure Mathematics, Mathematics and Statistics, Scientific Programming and Mathematical Modelling, Inquiry and Research Skills, and English for Academic Purposes.
