Take an international look at the key areas of corporate governance and corporate and commercial law.
Gain a critical understanding of the process of corporate globalization through in-depth coverage of the main topics in corporate governance and commercial law.

You'll assess these approaches in times of economic stability and in crisis, with a particular focus on corporate governance and on commercial transactions.
By the end of this course, you'll have developed a comprehension of how commercial decisions are made taking into account their economic and social context. You'll understand the nature of the company, company law and how corporate governance operates, leaving you well-equipped to enter the world of commercial law.
