專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ The study of the earth's surface is combined with Spanish & Latin American Studies, one of the main spoken languages in the world. The standard MA Geography degree with a focus on studying Spanish & Latin American Studies courses. The degree is aimed at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and will be tailored to suit.Spanish & Latin American Studies at Aberdeen is one of the most interdisciplinary programmes available in the UK. We seek to equip our students with the skills to speak and communicate in a global language, spoken by 350 million native Spanish speakers in nineteen Latin American states, the Spanish Peninsula, and increasingly in the United States. Additionally, our students gain skills enabling them to critically study historical, anthropological, literary and cultural texts, films and visual culture and to communicate their own ideas and arguments through oral and written presentation.As an integral part of your 4-year programme, you will spend half of year three developing your language skills as a teaching assistant or visiting student in a Spanish-speaking country.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need to have a University Entrance Examination (GAOKAO): Arts and Social Sciences: Students with overall scores of 80% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. Science: Students with overall scores of 80% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Students must score 80% or above in two science subjects. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. Engineering: Students with overall scores of 80% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Students must score 80% or above in Maths and Physics science subjects. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. Law: Students with overall scores of 85% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. IELTS overall score - 6.0, Listening - 5.5 or above, Reading - 5.5 or above, Speaking - 5.5 or above, Writing - 6.0 or above. TOEFL iBT overall score - 78, Listening - 17 or above, Reading - 18 or above, Speaking - 20 or above, Writing - 21 or above.
