在這里學(xué)什么？ Mechanical engineers design and develop everything that moves or has moving parts, ranging from spacecrafts and aeroplanes to racing cars, from household goods like refrigerators to the small motors that turn a DVD in a DVD player, from robotic control of machinery to nanotechnologies, from mechanical hearts and artificial limbs to fitness machines, and from oil and gas exploration and production technologies to wind turbines. Mechanical engineering is concerned with creative and imaginative use of engineering principles and science to shape the world around us, through the development of new materials, technologies, processes and products.Virtually every product in modern life has probably been touched in some way by a Mechanical Engineer. It is not surprising therefore that mechanical engineering is regarded as one of the most diverse engineering disciplines.If you are interested in the mechanics and dynamics of movement, have aptitude and fascination in how things work, and want to contribute positively to making the life of the human race better and to the development of a sustainable environment, then you should consider mechanical engineering as a career choice.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need to have a University Entrance Examination (GAOKAO): Arts and Social Sciences: Students with overall scores of 80% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. Science: Students with overall scores of 80% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Students must score 80% or above in two science subjects. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. Engineering: Students with overall scores of 80% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Students must score 80% or above in Maths and Physics science subjects. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. Law: Students with overall scores of 85% and above in the Senior High School Diploma will be considered for entry. Alternatively, good scores in the GAOKAO will also be considered. IELTS overall score - 6.0, Listening - 5.5 or above, Reading - 5.5 or above, Speaking - 5.5 or above, Writing - 6.0 or above. TOEFL iBT overall score - 78, Listening - 17 or above, Reading - 18 or above, Speaking - 20 or above, Writing - 21 or above.
