The Department of Educational Psychology offers a Master of Science (M.S.) in Bilingual Education. This 36-hour degree program requires a thesis and is offered via distance education to accommodate working professionals. Graduates are prepared to assume instructional leadership positions focusing on the educational needs of bilingual and dual language learners.
Credit Requirements
A minimum of 32 semester credit hours of approved courses and research is required for the thesis option Master of Science degree.
Ordinarily the student will devote the major portion of his or her time to work in one or two closely related fields. Other work will be in supporting fields of interest.
