The Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (PASA) program will prepare you for a variety of professional roles in higher education administration and student affairs, including academic advising, residential life, student advocacy, campus activities and athletic programs. You will learn how to address inequities and effect change, ensure that student voices are heard and help students realize their full potential. Graduates from this program typically work in two- and four-year institutions, public research universities, private liberal arts colleges, and graduate or professional schools.
Curriculum Overview
With an emphasis on educational equity, the PASA program prepares you to meet industry-established competencies for student affairs professionals. The curriculum includes core courses, a variety of electives that can be tailored to your career goals, a capstone project, and numerous graduate assistantship opportunities.
