This industry accredited Transport Planning and Engineering MSc is designed for both practising professionals and new graduates. You will develop and apply advanced skills and understanding to the planning, management and operation of transport systems.
Along with developing essential skills and understanding of the planning, management and operation of transport systems, we aim to help you establish a responsible attitude towards the needs of society, the environment and transport safety considerations. We will teach you core skills in:
information processing data analysis problem solving teamwork communication and presentation
Accreditation
The course is accredited by the Joint Board of Moderators (JBM) (comprising ICE, IStructE, CIHT and IHIE), as meeting the requirements for Further Learning for a Chartered Engineer (CEng) for students with an Accredited CEng (Partial) BEng Honours degree or Accredited IEng (Full) BEng/BSc Honours degree.

Alternatively, students should hold an 80% in an Adult degree or E-learning as comparable to a 2.1and 75% as equivalent to 2.2.
