Through this program abroad, third-year students have the opportunity to receive both the JD degree from BU Law and an LLM in European Law from the Université Panthéon-Assas (Paris II) in Paris, one of the world’s foremost law schools. Students in the program complete a full year of study at Paris II. Originally part of the Sorbonne Law School, Paris II is renowned for its excellence in international and comparative law. This program is available only to qualified third-year students, and instruction is offered entirely in English.
Program Requirements
To be eligible for the program, BU Law students will need to complete four semesters of residency, as well as complete their upper-class writing, professional responsibility, and practical skills requirements prior to departure. There are no prerequisites for the program. Students who complete this program are awarded 26 credits toward their JD: 24 credits for two semesters of full-time coursework, plus a 2-credit independent paper supervised by a BU Law professor.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants with a four-year bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university or with equivalent international education may apply for admission. Other English Language Requirements: TOEFL Paper Based score of at least 550.
