This 4+1 program will allow certain Boston University SHA undergraduates a direct pathway to enroll in the Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy at Metropolitan College (MET) and complete the degree requirements in two semesters of full-time study.
Specifically, any SHA student who completes the following required courses:
SHA HF 532 Hospitality Leadership (4 cr) SHA HF 560 Hospitality Strategic Marketing (4 cr)
