The BA/MA dual degree program in Linguistics is designed for those well-prepared students who wish to obtain a master’s degree by adding a fifth year of intensive study in Linguistics. The program is offered by the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS) in conjunction with the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (GRS).
Requirements
The combined BA/MA program requires satisfactory completion of at least 384-credit courses. The requirements of the BA/MA program consist of those for the BA in Linguistics plus those of the MA in Linguistics. Up to two courses may be counted simultaneously toward both the major and the MA.
