The Master of Human Resource Management focuses on developing expertise in contemporary human resource management issues. The course is for current managers who are seeking to extend their HR knowledge and improve skills necessary to engage in decision-making at senior levels within an organisation.
The Master of Human Resource Management focuses on developing a greater understanding of human resource management, employment relations and organisational behaviour and the future of work. It provides participants with a thorough understanding of the business issues and HRM challenges and equips participants with the skills necessary to add value to an organisation.
Course aims
The course aims to provide leading-edge conceptual and practical understandings of human resource management in complex and unfamiliar workplace situations in order to facilitate management decision-making.
Course structure
Students must complete a total of 72 credit points made up of 13 subjects, comprising nine core subjects (42 credit points), three electives subjects (18 credit points), and either Industry Research Project or Internship Experience (12 credit points).

Career options include positions in change management and general management, human resources, and organisational training and development.
