COVID – 19 Update: We appreciate our students' understanding and willingness to adapt to remote learning. By March 23, all spring semester graduate and undergraduate classes will be delivered online to the greatest extent possible.
This professional, dual degree program is designed to prepare graduates for leadership roles in public and private institutions serving children and their families. Students enroll in half-time study at both Simmons University and the Harvard Chan School for two academic years and study at Simmons for one summer session. Students must earn 45 credxadits at the Harvard Chan School, and they must maintain satisfactory academic progxadress at both schools.
The MPH curriculum for dual degree students follows the requirements of the MPH-45 health and social behavior field of study, as well as the requirements of the maternal and child health/children, youth, and families interdisciplinary concentration.
