Examine the fundamental properties of the universe with our Particle Physics MSc and gain a profound understanding of the world around us. You’ll be working at the frontier of a subject that has seen some of the 21st century’s greatest scientific discoveries.

Career paths
This MSc is great preparation for a PhD in particle physics. You’ll be given a comprehensive training in research methods, substantial independent project work and access to the expertise and culture of the department.
The wide range of transferable skills you will gain are, however, equally useful in boosting your future prospects or in another career, where physics graduates excel.
