Accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
This course combines property valuation and management knowledge with skills in planning and regeneration to allow you to gain a full perspective not only on the physical aspects of the built environment, but the social and environmental aspects as well.
The course provides graduate-level entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Teaching
There are lectures, seminars, computer workshops and tutorials.
Assessment
You’re assessed on your coursework and a dissertation.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Students who hold a good bachelor degree from a recognised Chinese university will be considered for direct entry to postgraduate diploma or masters programmes. For entry to MBA students need a good bachelor degree from a recognised Chinese university and at least 3 years′ post-graduation work experience. Students must be at least 25 years old by the time the programme starts. Postgraduate applicants are required to achieve a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
