在這里學(xué)什么？ Sheffield is among the Russell Group top ten for research output in this discipline, so you can expect to encounter concepts that will expand your horizons. Our expertise covers a lot of ground, including scientific programming and practical and applied statistics.Statisticians are in demand across the public and private sectors, in healthcare, economics, computer science, engineering, ecology – just about everywhere. This course is designed to prepare you for a career as a specialist. Even if you decided to pursue a different type of career – in financial management or marketing for example – it’s likely you would find these skills very useful. The three-year BSc isn’t quite as advanced as the four-year MMath, which includes a major research project, but you still get to specialise in statistics and you have the option of applying to study abroad as part of your course.Our graduates continue to surprise us, pursuing careers in everything from advertising to weather forecasting. Many go into finance, as accountants or actuaries, with firms like KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Other employers include GCHQ, British Airways and the European Space Agency.

We would still require AAB from your A levels which must include Maths.
