Our Philosophy, Politics & Economics (PPE) BA/BSc is a high-quality, interdisciplinary course that will equip you with the skills and knowledge to understand and analyse the political and economic institutions of the 21st century, both in the UK and globally. This course is taught jointly by the Department of Political Economy and the Department of Philosophy.

The course benefits from a central location on the Strand Campus with all the facilities offered by King’s readily available and the cultural attractions of the Southbank and Covent Garden on its doorstep. The library and computing facilities are readily accessible together with the opportunity to use the University of London library at Senate House.
Course Aims
- Our research-led curriculum encourages critical analysis and debate on contemporary international political and policy issues.
- Your first year will provide you with the foundations for the study of philosophy, politics and economics.
- If you wish to carry out independent research, you can opt to complete a 30-credit dissertation in your final year.

Graduates from this course acquire a valuable set of diverse and highly transferable skills that equip them to flourish in a wide range of careers in policy development, consulting, finance, banking, international development, governmental roles or communications, amongst others.
