This master’s degree will advance your leadership skills, knowledge and behaviour - understanding the interface between these is key to your success as a healthcare professional seeking to contribute to the improvement of patient care and healthcare systems.
You will develop the ability to make effective decisions using a pragmatic and evidence-based approach and lead proactively, reflectively and with confidence. You will also learn how to lead at individual, team, organisational and national levels; and establish robust, appropriate, and innovative leadership practices within the healthcare environment, from a small practice to larger clinical environments.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students who do not meet the entry requirements stated above and students who hold a three-year diploma (Da Zhuan) from a recognised Chinese university with good grades, may be eligible for the University’s pre-Master's Programme delivered on campus at the University of Liverpool International College. Students need to have IELTS 6.5 overall with a minimum of 5.5 in each component.
