Programme overview
Our MSc in Management (with specialism in Marketing) is an intensive one-year programme that offers you a unique opportunity to explore your interest in marketing while gaining a thorough grounding in the core theories and concepts that are central to a career in management.
You will start by studying management theory across a range of core disciplines, including finance and accounting, organisational behaviour and strategic management. In term two you will gain a deeper knowledge and insight into marketing. Then in the summer term, your dissertation provides an opportunity for independent research and links your studies to a genuine investigation around a marketing theme.
Our programme is designed for graduates of any discipline who aspire to a career in management and/or marketing. You do not need any prior academic or practical experience in business or management but you should have a curious and creative mind and a genuine interest in marketing.
Careers
The MSc Management (with specialism in Marketing) provides excellent preparation for a career or further professional training in management and marketing. Previous graduates from the School of Economics, Finance and Management have gone on to work around the world at a variety of leading companies, such as Lloyds TSB, L’Oréal, Deutsche Bank, LG Electronics, WHO-US, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Marks & Spencer.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) To be considered for admission to a master's degree programme at the University of Bristol, the minimum requirement for entry is an undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree that is equivalent to a UK upper second-class degree (also known as a 2:1). Applicants who hold a four-year bachelor's (honours) degree from a prestigious university with a minimum of 78% will be considered for admission to a master's degree. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
