在這里學(xué)什么？ Expertise in modern languages has never been more important as the United Kingdom forges a new relationship with its European partners and seeks to develop its trading and cultural ties throughout the world. The University of Bristol offers a dynamic and supportive environment in which to pursue the study of modern languages and cultures at degree level.This degree enables you to combine the study of Spanish and Russian - the languages of two of the founding cultures of Europe - offering a worldwide perspective.Spanish is the second most widely spoken European language in the world and the second language of the United States. Topics currently available for study at Bristol range from the history of the indigenous peoples of Latin America to contemporary literature and cinema. Russia continues to assert itself as a powerful political and economic force and Russian expertise is becoming increasingly important in a range of professions.You can learn one language from beginner's level or build on your existing knowledge within the lively, friendly and supportive environment that both departments offer.You will divide your third year abroad between a Spanish-speaking country and a Russian-speaking country undertaking work or study placements.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
