在這里學什么？ This course combines philosophy with study of German, which provides a valuable skill set that is ideally tailored to the increasingly globalised workplace.In each year you will take an equal number of credits in German and philosophy. For philosophy you will study units covering introduction to philosophy, logic, and realism and normativity, as well as undertaking an extended essay.For German, you will follow a curriculum designed to introduce you to many aspects of German studies. As well as following a structured language course, you will study literature, history, thought, politics, linguistics and culture.You will spend your third year abroad studying or working in a German-speaking environment. This will enable you to refine your language skills and cultural knowledge and gain valuable work experience. 為來自中國的學生設計 The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
