在這里學(xué)什么？ Expertise in modern languages has never been more important as the United Kingdom forges a new relationship with its European partners and seeks to develop its trading and cultural ties throughout the world. The University of Bristol is a major centre for the study of modern languages and cultures.This course will broaden your horizons and extend your linguistic and critical skills.Italian language and culture have had a lasting impact on Europe. Today, Italy's innovative contributions to design, technology and fashion mean that it is a major global commercial force.Russia continues to assert itself as an independent, powerful, political and economic force, so Russian expertise is increasingly important in a range of professions.At Bristol you can learn one language from beginner level, or build on existing study at A-level, while exploring the nations' histories and cultures. Both small but distinguished departments offer a lively, friendly and supportive environment.In language classes, you will develop speaking, listening, reading, writing and translation skills using a range of textbooks, media and internet resources. You will divide your third year between Italy and Russia on work or study placements.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
