在這里學什么？ We live and work in a world characterised by rapid technological and societal change on a global scale. To be effective in business and management in a multinational environment requires an understanding of the cultural, linguistic, economic, political and social contexts in which organisations operate, both within and across national borders.Our BA International Business Management and French course will help you develop the intellectual, analytical, critical and employability skills you will need to succeed as a manager or leader in many careers across different sectors. A knowledge of French, the first language of some 90 million speakers around the world, will allow you direct access to the cultural production, political debates and economic data from French-speaking countries.Your first year will introduce basic concepts and tools - both qualitative and quantitative - for the study of management. Alongside, you will continue your study of French and gain a grounding in the principal ideas and key events that have shaped French national identity.In years two and four, through a combination of core and optional units, you will develop your understanding of international business management and gain some specialisation in an area of interest. At the same time, you will combine advanced study of French with optional units in French history, culture and politics.You will spend your third year abroad, which will enable you to refine your language skills and cultural knowledge and gain valuable work experience. 為來自中國的學生設計 The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
