專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ The innovators of the 21st century will bring together arts, science, engineering, humanities and enterprise to deliver innovative products, services and ways of living. They will be team players with skills and qualities that enable them to work across specialisms and cultures.This course combines subject specialism in childhood studies with interdisciplinary breadth, creative teamwork and entrepreneurial skills. Alongside your in-depth education in childhood studies you will apply your subject knowledge by translating ideas into plans for digital and creative enterprises, both social and commercial.Childhood studies at Bristol provides you with a holistic understanding of children, childhood and adolescence, combining elements of education, psychology, law, social work and social policy. You will consider childhood in the contexts of families, peers and society at both a national and international level. Topics of study include children’s rights, development, education, therapeutic work with children, safeguarding and mental health, among others.You will come together with students from other innovation disciplines, such as computer science and geography, to learn and apply design and systems thinking to digital and creative ideas. 為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The International Foundation Programme (IFP) is for international students whose first language is not English. Run by our Centre for Academic Language and Development, the one-year programme will prepare you for the undergraduate degree of your choice through tailored English language and academic units. Applicants with the Gaozhong Biye Zhengshu (Senior High School Certificate) and Gaokao (Chinese University entrance exam) combined with a successfully completed appropriate foundation programme will be considered for admission to our bachelor's degree courses. Applicants who have successfully completed the first year of a Chinese university degree at a prestigious university will be considered for admission to the first year of our bachelor's degree courses. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 overall with either listening or speaking at 6.5, with no skill below 6.0.
