在這里學(xué)什么？
The Master of Management (Human Resources) provides foundation training in business and economics, and specialist training in human resource management. The program covers a broad spectrum of management activities including all the key areas needed to become a successful manager and leader, such as:
- managing people;
- developing and implementing a strategic approach to managing an organisations human resources;
- motivating and rewarding employees;
- dealing with stakeholders and
- analysing data and developing HR policy and practice responses.
Who is it for?
This program is ideal for students holding an undergraduate degree outside of business/commerce whose goal may be to assume a managerial position in human resources. The program is also suited to business/commerce students who wish to add human resources management to their portfolio.
Practical Skills
You will leave the degree with a number of essential skills, including the ability to:
Obtain, analyse, synthesise and evaluate evidence for management decision making in accounting and finance Apply strategic and critical thinking in relation to business and commerce related issues and in developing solutions to problems in organisations and ins society Be an effective decision maker in business and commerce.

English language requirements for Coursework degree: IELTS (academic English Only) - 6.5 overall, with written 6.5 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 577 + TWE 4.5; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 79 + (Writing 21; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 58 + no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 176 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill. English language requirements for Master of Philosophy: IELTS (academic English Only) - 7.0 overall, with written 7 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 600 + TWE 5.0; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 94 + (Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill.
