Be guided by world leading academics specialising in energy, hydrology, hydraulics, water resources and waste management. Our experts are working on exploring wave dynamics, removing sludge from wastewater, turning any water into drinking water, and using drones in viniculture.
As a Master of Environmental Engineering student, you will gain expertise in a range of areas including air pollution, clean production, environment management systems and more. You will develop a broad understanding of environmental practice and investigate themes that focus on waste management, energy and water resources. You will model and analyse the environmental impacts of engineering solutions and discover how to manage the environmental aspects of business.
Course structure
You’ll complete 100 points of study in the Master of Environmental Engineering. This includes four core subjects, focusing on environmental modelling, sustainable infrastructure and monitoring environmental impacts and environmental analysis tools.

English language requirements for Coursework degree: IELTS (academic English Only) - 6.5 overall, with written 6.5 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 577 + TWE 4.5; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 79 + (Writing 21; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 58 + no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 176 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill. English language requirements for Master of Philosophy: IELTS (academic English Only) - 7.0 overall, with written 7 and no band less than 6.0; TOEFL (paper-based test) - 600 + TWE 5.0; TOEFL (internet-based test) - 94 + (Writing 27; Speaking 18; Reading 13; Listening 13); Pearson Test of English (Academic) - 65 + written communicative skill of 65 and no other communicative skill below 50; Cambridge English: Advanced/ Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - 185 + no less than 185 in Writing and 169 in each other skill.
