Effective managers lead businesses and organisations in achieving their goals by bringing people and processes together. Studying management equips you with the leadership, analysis, planning and decision-making skills you need to succeed from day one.

Your major structure
- In your first and second year you will complete core subjects that are prerequisites for your major, as well as electives and breadth subjects.
- In your final year you will study your major subjects, plus a combination of elective and breadth subjects.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) To be eligible for entry to an undergraduate degree you must fulfill all of the following requirements: Complete the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or an overseas qualification equivalent to Australian Year 12. English language requirements: TOEFL - Paper based test - a score of 577 or more including a score of 4.5 in the Test of Written English. Internet based test - a score of 79 and scores of: Writing: 21, Speaking: 18, Reading: 13, Listening 13. IELTS (Academic) - an overall band score of 6.5 or more in the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS), with no bands less than 6.0. Pearson Test of English (Academic) - an overall score of between 58-64 inclusive and achieve no PTE communicative skills score below 50. Cambridge English: Advanced/Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) - A Cambridge English Score of 176 with no skill below 169.
