The DClinDent in Prosthodontics is a three-year, full-time programme which enables you to develop, consolidate and enhance your range of academic and clinical competencies. This enables independent and reflective practice at the standard of a specialist in Prosthodontics. This degree builds on fundamental dental knowledge and is focused on advancing theoretical, research and clinical skills.
The DClinDent in Prosthodontics provides a great opportunity for self-motivated, determined and talented individuals to receive training by our team of specialists in (in addition to other specialties and interdisciplinary services): Prosthodontics; Endodontics; Periodontics; Restorative Dentistry.
This degree prides itself on small group teaching using modern pedagogical approaches and suppor.
Career opportunities
Successful completion of the degree will prepare candidates with skills for potential careers in primary care, secondary care and/or academic teaching.
Examples of careers entered into by our past graduates include: specialist practice (in the UK and overseas); working as a speciality dentist, specialist or consultant in secondary care; programme directors; lecturers; other roles within dental school infrastructure.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 You should have a good first degree from a recognised institution, with minimum grades of between 80-85%. This is the University’s general minimum requirement but some programmes may have specific qualification requirements as well. Entry requirements vary from course to course and in cases there is also variation in the standards required for entry to certain courses. Courses in great demand are likely to require higher entry grades. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual postgraduate degree programmes.
