This one-year programme at the University of Edinburgh will immerse you in the most current developments in chemical engineering, through a combination of: taught modules; workshops; an MSc research dissertation; a number of supporting activities delivered by the key experts in the field.
The MSc programme will develop from fundamental topics including: modern approaches to understanding properties of the systems on a molecular scale; advanced numerical methods.
You will explore actual industrial processes, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency.
During the MSc research dissertation projects, your acquired skills in various areas will be put into practice, to be applied to actual chemical engineering problems.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) You should have a good first degree from a recognised institution, with minimum grades of between 80-85%. This is the University’s general minimum requirement but some programmes may have specific qualification requirements as well. Entry requirements vary from course to course and in cases there is also variation in the standards required for entry to certain courses. Courses in great demand are likely to require higher entry grades. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual postgraduate degree programmes.
