在這里學(xué)什么？ Business with Human Resource Management encompasses the study of public, private and not-for-profit organisations, both small and large, their management practices and processes, and the changing external environment in which they operate. Studies in Human Resource Management will enhance your understanding of the intricacies and complexities of managing people in the modern workplace, taking a critical perspective on the implications of HR policies and practice for all stakeholders; how technology has changed the meaning of work, what new forms of work and employment relations have emerged as a consequence and the economic, social and ethical implications.
