在這里學(xué)什么? HISTORY OF ART: - History of art seeks to understand how and why paintings, sculptures, buildings and works in a variety of media come to look the way they do. You will benefit from the extensive resources of the University Library and Archives, and The Hunterian, the University’s museum and art gallery, which feature the world-famous Hunter, Whistler and Mackintosh collections. You will also have access to Kelvin Hall, the University and City’s innovative collections-access centre. In your third-year vacation you will receive a grant to assist you to visit museums, galleries and buildings relevant to your chosen course options and dissertation subject. SOCIAL & PUBLIC POLICY: - Social & Public Policy focuses on social problems such as poverty, homelessness and ill-health. The programme applies ideas from political science, sociology and economics to explore how governments shape their responses, and to understand the impacts of public policy on society. You’ll have the valuable opportunity of a work placement with a voluntary or public sector organisation.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The University will consider students who have gained good scores in the Gaokao exam for direct entry into first year. Students who have taken a recognised foundation or access programme or equivalent will also be considered, as well as those students who have taken international qualifications such as the IB diploma, GCE A Levels, AP and SATs. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual undergraduate degree programmes.
